In Special Instuctions nominate colour or colours you wish used
eg First Name ( Brown ) Last Name ( Red )
There is NO charge for multiple colours
 
If you wish two names on each pair Choose "Optional Text"
Explain in Special Instructions anything you cannot fill in
 
Text will be fitted  to suit chopstick
You can choose an Optional Text on second of Chop Stick pair
Logo If you choose Logo use upload Image in tab below to send your image
or you can email logo later
