On Submission of your request

• Email any graphics you wish added to mychoice@firebridge.com.au
• A proof and pricing will be emailed to you
• On acceptance of final proof with any adjustments to your needs, Billing request is sent to you
• On Payment being recieved, Custom Frame will be crafted and sent as per your choice.
   
• Mail or Express Mail are options for sending
   
• Australia A$10.00 Freight or Express A$15.00
• International A$20.00 Freight or Air Express A$25.00

You can pay by the following options:

• Bank Transfer to Firebridge Bank Account
  All orders  will receive a proof by email, which will also include account details.  No engraving will be started until you have approved the proof (of final product, and engraving details).
   
• 
  Pay via Credit Card or Pay Pal to our Pay Pal Account
  An account payment request is sent to you once you have approved final product and engraving details
   
• Send Payment via Cheque

Once payment is received, your engraving will be completed and sent to the address you have provided
